Employers Liability Insurance
Employers’ Liability Insurance provides coverage for employers against damages and legal defence costs if an employee alleges they have suffered illness or injury as a result of their employment.
This insurance protects employers from the financial impact of a claim that is not otherwise covered by Accident Compensation Commission (ACC), such as for occupational stress or disease caused by gradual processes.
